Terms & Conditions
- The availability of certain payment methods are subject to the player's country of residence and/or account verification status (KYC). More methods available to you will be listed in your Cashier page once your account verification process is completed.
- If a currency conversion occurs during the deposit process, a processing fee of 3% will be imposed on the total deposit amount. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing your deposits and ensuring a smoother experience for you. The fee will be automatically deducted at the time of the transaction. - For Bank Transfer option, min/max amount varies slightly depending on bank options
- For cryptocurrencies option, customer withdrawal amounts totalling above $50,000 during a one-month period will be transferred to the following month. Special cases will be considered by Natural8.
- Please note that credit card transactions will appear on your billing statements as ‘MMX*Natural8.com, will be visible on the payments page, alongside with the company’s address, registration number and telephone number.
